Det blir en ljuvligt kr\u00e4mig s\u00f6tsyrlig paj. N\u00e4r blandningen g\u00e5tt ihop och blivit smulig tills\u00e4tter du kallt vatten och <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2176279.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-19640\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2176279-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"2176279\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2176279-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2176279-112x150.jpg 112w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2176279.jpg 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>arbetar snabbt ihop till en boll. Det \u00e4r viktigt att inte arbeta degen f\u00f6r mycket. Pudra den med mj\u00f6l och l\u00e4gg den i kylen att vila i minst en timme.<\/p>\n<p>Tryck ut degen i en pajform p\u00e5 ca 28-30 cm, eller kavla \u00e4nnu hellre ut degen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper som du sedan v\u00e4nder \u00f6ver formen. Picka degen med en gaffel f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra att den reser sig under f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddningen.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t pajdegen \u00e5ter st\u00e5 och vila i kylen i minst en halv timme, f\u00f6r att degen ska &#8221;s\u00e4tta sig&#8221; och f\u00f6rhindra att den rinner ner l\u00e4ngs kanterna vid gr\u00e4ddningen. Man kan l\u00e4gga i bakpl\u00e5tspapper som klippts till formens storlek som sedan fylls med torra gula \u00e4rtor f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla kanterna uppe under gr\u00e4ddningen. Ta bort \u00e4rtor och bakpl\u00e5tspapper ett tag innan f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddningen \u00e4r klar s\u00e5 att pajdegen f\u00e5r ta lite f\u00e4rg efter att den stelnat.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet i ca 20 minuter i 180 grader s\u00e5 att den blir genomgr\u00e4ddad och b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg. R\u00f6r f\u00f6rsiktigt ner gr\u00e4dden, apelsinjuicen och -skalet. Fyll det f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddade pajskalet och gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i ca 40 minuter p\u00e5 180 grader. Jag brukar s\u00e4tta klockan p\u00e5 en halvtimme och d\u00e5 kolla om fyllningen precis stelnat lite. Den blir kr\u00e4mig och h\u00e4rlig. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 och svalna n\u00e5gon timme f\u00f6re servering s\u00e5 fyllningen stelnat till sin h\u00e4rliga konsistens.<\/p>\n<p>Pudra eventuellt&nbsp;pajen med florsocker f\u00f6re servering, och dekorera g\u00e4rna med apelsinskivor.
