Om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk passionsfrukt eller f\u00e4rdigtinad fryst s\u00e5 tills\u00e4tter du den nu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i kallt vatten i tio minuter. Lyft upp och krama ur dem l\u00e4tt. L\u00e4gg dem i den varma gr\u00e4ddblandningen och r\u00f6r runt tills gelatinet sm\u00e4lt. L\u00e5t pannacottan svalna n\u00e5got innan du h\u00e4ller den i sk\u00e5lar eller vackra glas. Om gr\u00e4ddblandningen \u00e4r f\u00f6r varm kan glasen spricka. St\u00e4ll pannacottorna att svalna i kylen. L\u00e4gg plast eller en bricka \u00f6ver n\u00e4r de svalnat n\u00e5got. Om du l\u00e4gger n\u00e5got \u00f6ver f\u00f6r tidigt blir det kondens som bl\u00f6ter ner pannacottorna och insidan p\u00e5 glasen.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa mangon med lite socker och n\u00e5gra droppar citron. Skeda den mixade mangon \u00f6ver pannacottan. Servera direkt eller l\u00e5t dem st\u00e5 svalt fram till servering.
