F\u00f6r mig och familjen betyder det oftast skid\u00e5kning i Alperna. Det \u00e4r den enda vinter jag gillar, n\u00e4r den kommer sig av altitud, inte latitud. Dessutom \u00e4r det s\u00e5 otroligt vackert med de h\u00f6ga bergen och dalarna, himlen och ofta solen ocks\u00e5. Efter en hel dags skid\u00e5kning \u00e4r alla tr\u00f6tta och hungriga och matlagningen ska g\u00e5 fort. Jag g\u00f6r det s\u00e4rskilt enkelt f\u00f6r mig och lagar g\u00e4rna pasta i olika former med goda s\u00e5ser. Risotto \u00e4r en annan favorit, men kr\u00e4ver lite mer tid och pyssel.<\/h3>\n<h3>I mataff\u00e4ren hittade jag en god f\u00e4rdig thail\u00e4ndsk r\u00f6d curry, kycklingfil\u00e9er och kokosmj\u00f6lk som snabbt blev en h\u00e4rligt kryddig och m\u00e4ttande r\u00e4tt. Servera med ris och n\u00e5gon gr\u00f6nsak. Jag valde den vackra romanescon, en sl\u00e4kting till broccoli.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag har nu samlat ett antal recept som jag tycker \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt l\u00e4mpliga f\u00f6r sportlovsmat i en ny kategori med just namnet Sportlovsmat som du finner i kolumnen till h\u00f6ger.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>600-700 gram kycklingfil\u00e9, strimlad i bitar<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180635.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-19670\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180635-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"2180635\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180635-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180635-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180635.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>400 gram kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>ett paket eller n\u00e5gra msk f\u00e4rdig thail\u00e4ndsk currypasta &#8211; jag tog r\u00f6d, men det finns \u00e4ven gr\u00f6n och gul som \u00e4r mildare<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, finhackad eller riven<\/p>\n<p>3-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade eller skivade<\/p>\n<p>olivolja eller annan olja till stekning<\/p>\n<p>ris att servera till (f\u00f6lj anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen)<\/p>\n<p>Romanesco eller broccoli eller annan gr\u00f6nsak att servera till<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180633.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-19671\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180633-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"2180633\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180633-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180633-112x150.jpg 112w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/02\/2180633.jpg 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 riset och koka upp vattnet till broccolin.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken och ingef\u00e4ran i oljan p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg i currypasten, r\u00f6r om. Tills\u00e4tt kokosmj\u00f6lken lite i taget under omr\u00f6rning s\u00e5 den blandas v\u00e4l med currypasten. L\u00e5t puttra ihop. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer currypaste, salt, peppar? L\u00e4gg i kycklingbitarna n\u00e4r det \u00e4r ca 10-15 minuter kvar till servering.
