H\u00e4r har den f\u00e5tt f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning av zucchini och svarta oliver. Det blir en h\u00e4rligt mustig s\u00e5s som jag gjorde nu senast i Alperna. Tills\u00e4tt zucchinin, paprikapulvret, \u00f6rtkryddor, tomatpur\u00e9 och vitt vin. L\u00e5t puttra ett litet tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 tomathacket. Smula i buljongen. Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6rtkryddorna och peppar. Smaka av i fall du beh\u00f6ver salt. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven oliverna och tonfisken. R\u00f6r runt och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra medan du kokar din pasta. Koka pastan al dente, som i Italien &#8211; med en liten h\u00e5rd k\u00e4rna s\u00e5 blir det s\u00e5 mycket godare och b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r pastan \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigkokt h\u00e4ller du av den i ett durkslag, h\u00e4ll tillbaka den i kastrullen, ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och blanda med tonfisks\u00e5sen.
