R\u00f6r om hela tiden med en visp eller spatel i botten p\u00e5 kastrullen s\u00e5 det inte br\u00e4nns vid.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg gelatinet i bl\u00f6t i kallt vatten i tio minuter. Lyft upp bladen och krama ur dem l\u00e4tt innan du l\u00e4gger dem i den varma gr\u00e4ddblandningen. R\u00f6r om ordentligt. L\u00e5t smeten st\u00e5 och svalna s\u00e5 pass att du kan h\u00e4lla den i sk\u00e5lar eller glas utan att det spricker. St\u00e4ll kallt att stelna.<\/p>\n<p><em>Under tiden g\u00f6r du chokladtoppingen:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dden i en tjockbottnad kastrull tillsammans med sockret och vattnet, l\u00e4gg i den. L\u00e5t koka upp, h\u00e4ll gr\u00e4ddblandningen \u00f6ver den hackade chokladen i en v\u00e4rmet\u00e5lig sk\u00e5l. R\u00f6r om ordentligt tills chokladen sm\u00e4lt. Vill du vara s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att blandningen \u00e4r helt sl\u00e4t kan du passera den genom en finmaskig sil eller mixa den.<\/p>\n<p>Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg gelatinet i tio minuter, krama ur det l\u00e4tt och l\u00e4gg det i den varma chokladblandningen. R\u00f6r om ordentligt.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got innan du f\u00f6rsiktigt skedar chokladgel\u00e9n \u00f6ver pannacottorna &#8211; h\u00e4ll g\u00e4rna \u00f6ver en upp och nedv\u00e4nd sked med den kupiga sidan upp\u00e5t s\u00e5 str\u00e5len inte f\u00f6rst\u00f6r pannacottan. St\u00e4ll kallt att svalna i \u00e5tminstone tv\u00e5 timmar. Gelatin stelnar f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r det blir helt kallt.
