L\u00e5t puttra tills s\u00f6tpotatisen \u00e4r helt mjukt, det g\u00e5r ganska fort om du skurit den i sm\u00e5 bitar.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa soppan med en stavmixer. Sp\u00e4d eventuellt med mer vatten och h\u00e4ll i den pressade citronen.
