Sila av&nbsp;de hela kardemummakapslarna och den uppskurna vaniljst\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rdela gr\u00e4ddblandningen i kokotter och st\u00e4ll dem i en ugnspl\u00e5t med h\u00f6ga kanter eller en stor ugnsfast form som du fyllt med kokande vatten. Jag brukar st\u00e4lla i kokotterna f\u00f6rst och sedan fylla upp runt om med hett vatten. St\u00e4ll i ugnen som du&nbsp;v\u00e4rmt till 150 grader. Jag st\u00e4ller dem g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 en bricka, utomhus om jag kan och det \u00e4r svalt ute, annars f\u00f6rst i rumstemperatur och d\u00e4refter i kylen med plastfolie \u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt kan du f\u00f6rbereda formarna n\u00e5gon eller n\u00e5gra dagar i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g, och baka pistagemar\u00e4ngerna och ha dem f\u00f6rvarade i luftt\u00e4ta burkar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att servera tar du fram de sm\u00e5 brul\u00e9eformarna och socker. H\u00e4ll ca 2 tsk socker \u00f6ver varje i ett j\u00e4mnt lager. Ta fram br\u00e4nnare och br\u00e4nn av dem s\u00e5 att sockret sm\u00e4lter och blir brunt och kn\u00e4ckigt men inte svart och br\u00e4nt.
