Den l\u00e4mpar sig s\u00e4rskilt v\u00e4l att bjuda till exempel till p\u00e5sk eller annars n\u00e4r man har m\u00e5nga g\u00e4ster. Laxen bakas i ugn i portionsbitar och serveras med len ljuvlig broccolimousse och citronpotatis. Citronpotatisen kan serveras varm, ljummen eller som en kall potatissallad och om du gr\u00e4ddar laxen strax innan servering kan du f\u00e5 till en under p\u00e5skbuff\u00e9 med sm\u00e5 medel.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 6 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>1 kg laxfil\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rter<\/p>\n<p>peppar<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtsalt<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>Broccolimoussen g\u00f6r du enligt recept i eget inl\u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>Citronpotatisen g\u00f6r du ocks\u00e5 enligt recept i eget inl\u00e4gg<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att koka potatisen. L\u00e4gg laxen i en ugnsfast form som du smort med olja eller sm\u00f6r. Krydda laxbitarna. Jag brukar ta \u00f6rter, peppar och \u00f6rtsalt eller n\u00e5gon f\u00e4rdig kryddblandning jag tycker passar till. H\u00e4ll g\u00e4rna en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin vid laxen och l\u00e4gg en liten klick sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 varje laxbit. L\u00e5t laxen st\u00e5 \u00e5t sidan och v\u00e4nta till strax innan servering, eftersom den g\u00e5r fort att tillaga. Den kan g\u00f6ras i ordning i god tid i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och st\u00e5 i kylen och v\u00e4nta. Ta d\u00e5 fram den ett tag innan du ska steka den i ugn.<\/p>\n<p>Koka broccolin till moussen. Mixa den i enlighet med receptet. L\u00e5t moussen st\u00e5 p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den h\u00e5lls varm utan att br\u00e4nna vid.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r potatisen och moussen \u00e4r n\u00e4stan klara st\u00e4ller du in fisken och steker den i ca 15 minuter p\u00e5 175 grader.
