Smula den sedan eller l\u00e4gg den \u00f6ver en fr\u00e4sch blandad gr\u00f6nsallad med enkel dressing av en god balsamvin\u00e4ger och en likaledes god olivolja. Lite salt och peppar \u00e4r den enda smaks\u00e4ttning som beh\u00f6vs ut\u00f6ver de finst\u00e4mda smakerna.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>8 skivor parmaskinka eller kallr\u00f6kt tysk skinka<\/p>\n<p>blandad sallad (jag tog mach\u00e9sallad, ruccola och bladspenat)<\/p>\n<p>balsamvin\u00e4ger av god kvalitet<\/p>\n<p>olivolja av god kvalitet<\/p>\n<p>peppar &#8211; g\u00e4rna blandpeppar<\/p>\n<p>salt &#8211; g\u00e4rna flingsalt<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>L\u00e4gg skinkskivorna p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper och st\u00e4ll in pl\u00e5ten i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 200 grader. Rosta skivorna i ca 10 minuter &#8211; passa s\u00e5 de inte br\u00e4nns. Under tiden sk\u00f6ljer du salladen och torkar den &#8211; en salladsslunga \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt verktyg!:) L\u00e4gg salladen i en sk\u00e5l, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 olivolja och balsamvin\u00e4ger i den m\u00e4ngd du \u00f6nskar, peppra och salta l\u00e4tt (t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att skinkan ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r salt) och dressa runt salladen s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r lite dressing \u00f6verallt p\u00e5 sig, d\u00e5 blir det gott och inte s\u00e5 mycket som om man h\u00e4ller \u00f6ver salladen p\u00e5 faten.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp salladen p\u00e5 faten, smula \u00f6ver eller l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver skinka.
