D\u00e4rtill b\u00f6r den inneh\u00e5lla apelsin- och\/eller \u00e4ppeljuice, helst den f\u00e4rskpressade grumliga varianten som \u00e4r lite fr\u00e4schare i smaken samtidigt som den ger en fin s\u00f6tma. D\u00e4rut\u00f6ver kompletterar du med det du har av tropiska frukter eller frysta eller f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r. En smoothie \u00e4r gott till frukost eller brunch, men kan ocks\u00e5 vara en fr\u00e4sch efterr\u00e4tt eller mellanm\u00e5l.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2 paket fryst mango i t\u00e4rningar alt. 1 p\u00e5se fryst mango fr\u00e5n Picard<\/p>\n<p>2-3 kiwifrukter, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>2-3 passionsfrukter, det urgr\u00f6pta fruktk\u00f6ttet<\/p>\n<p>saft fr\u00e5n 3 apelsiner eller fr\u00e5n 2 apelsiner och 1 dl \u00e4ppeljuice<\/p>\n<p>ev. 1 banan f\u00f6r extra fyllighet och kr\u00e4mighet (men mangon ger ocks\u00e5 viss kr\u00e4mighet)<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>L\u00e4gg allt i en mixer.
