F\u00f6r recept p\u00e5 ch\u00e8vrekr\u00e4m s\u00f6k i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger.<\/p>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/h4>\n<p>400-500 gram m\u00f6rt lammk\u00f6tt (jag ton rester av dekonstruerad lammstek, men man kan \u00e4ven ta t.ex. f\u00e4rsk lammfil\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 gula l\u00f6kar, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/p>\n<p>6 potatisar, skalade och skurna i bitar (man kan \u00e4ven ta kokt potatis)<\/p>\n<p>olja till stekning<\/p>\n<p>sm\u00f6r till stekning<\/p>\n<p>peppar (g\u00e4rna blandade pepparsorter)<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor (t.ex. herbes de Provence)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna en \u00e4ggula per peson vid servering<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h4>\n<p>Stek l\u00f6kbitarna i sm\u00f6r och olja p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att de blir mjuka och n\u00e4stan karamelliserade utan att ta s\u00e5 mycket f\u00e4rg. Krydda med \u00f6rtkryddor, salt och peppar. L\u00e4gg l\u00f6ken \u00e5t sidan medan du forts\u00e4tter med att steka potatisen. Anv\u00e4nder du f\u00e4rdigstekt lammstek beh\u00f6ver den bara l\u00e4ggas i p\u00e5 slutet. Anv\u00e4nder du f\u00e4rsk lammfil\u00e9 eller liknande lyfter du upp \u00e4ven potatisen och steker k\u00f6ttet f\u00f6r sig med kryddor och blandar allt p\u00e5 slutet. Smaka av s\u00e5 det \u00e4r v\u00e4l avv\u00e4gt med peppar, salt och \u00f6rter.
