Str\u00f6 salt, peppar, \u00f6rtkryddor och lite socker \u00f6ver snittytan p\u00e5 endiverna. L\u00e4gg i en extra klick sm\u00f6r och l\u00e5t de ligga med snittytan ner\u00e5t p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i stekpannan s\u00e5 ytan karamelliseras. H\u00e4ll i lite balsamvin\u00e4ger eller -reduktion och en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin.
