De har f\u00f6rdelen att vara glutenfria, relativt l\u00e4ttgjorda, g\u00f6rs i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och \u00e4r helt klara f\u00f6r servering och imponerar alltid:) H\u00e4r har jag kombinerat en fr\u00e4scht syrlig citronmousse med en knaperseg kokosmar\u00e4ngbotten. S\u00e4tt formen p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspappret och dra&nbsp;en penna runtom s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en ring p\u00e5 pappret som visar storleken.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda kokosen och den f\u00f6rsta m\u00e4ngden socker i en bunke eller ett literm\u00e5tt.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda \u00e4ggvitor och den andra m\u00e4ngden socker och vispa ihop till en styv blank mar\u00e4ng. Det tar sin tid, s\u00e5 ha lite t\u00e5lamod.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4nd ner kokossockret i mar\u00e4ngen med hj\u00e4lp av en slickepott. Gr\u00e4dda i 30 minuter. Du kan dra ner v\u00e4rmen till 150 grader om du m\u00e4rker att den tar f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg.&nbsp;Botten ska vara f\u00e4rdiggr\u00e4ddad, inte br\u00e4nd, men lite knaperseg och fortfarande saftig utan att vara bl\u00f6t.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r du tagit ut den ur ugnen tar du formen och st\u00e4ller ovanp\u00e5 och sk\u00e4r ut s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en cirkel som passar precis i formen. Kanterna som&nbsp;blir kvar \u00e4r supergoda att smaska p\u00e5. L\u00e5t bottnen svalna helt. N\u00e4r det sedan \u00e4r dags att b\u00f6rja montera t\u00e5rtan tar du f\u00f6rsiktigt bort bakpl\u00e5tspappret och l\u00e4gger din fina mandelbotten i botten p\u00e5 kakformen.<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r med citronmoussen:<\/h4>\n<p>H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6lken i en tjockbottnad kastrull. L\u00e4gg i den uppskurna vaniljst\u00e5ngen. L\u00e5t mj\u00f6lken bara precis koka upp, dra kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t mj\u00f6lken st\u00e5 ett tag s\u00e5 att smakerna frig\u00f6rs.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggulor med socker i en bunke. L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i bl\u00f6t i kallt vatten.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm upp mj\u00f6lken igen. H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6lken ner i \u00e4ggvispet under omr\u00f6rning. &nbsp;Ta vaniljst\u00e5ngen och l\u00e4gg den i vaniljs\u00e5sen igen. H\u00e4ll tillbaka allt i kastrullen. V\u00e4rm under konstant omr\u00f6rning s\u00e5sen \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills den tjocknar. Det tar ett litet tag, och du m\u00e5ste passa hela tiden s\u00e5 s\u00e5sen inte br\u00e4nns vid och s\u00e5 att den inte blir f\u00f6r varm eftersom den d\u00e5 blir grynig n\u00e4r \u00e4ggulorna koagulerar. N\u00e4r s\u00e5sen blivit distinkt tjockare tar du den direkt av v\u00e4rmen. Krama ur gelatinbladen och l\u00e4gg ner dem i den varma vaniljs\u00e5sen. R\u00f6r om ordentligt. St\u00e4ll kastrullen i kallt vattenbad s\u00e5 att s\u00e5sen svalnar. Under tiden vispar du gr\u00e4dden ganska fast men fortfarande kr\u00e4migt fluffig. Blanda den svala s\u00e5sen med den f\u00e4rskpressade citronjuicen. Passera blandningen genom en sil ner i en bunke. Detta g\u00f6r man f\u00f6r att bli av med n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 korn eller grynigheter och f\u00e5 en silkeslen mousse. V\u00e4nd ner gr\u00e4dden i s\u00e5sen, r\u00f6r om ordentligt. H\u00e4ll moussen i formen \u00f6ver den helt avsvalnade mar\u00e4ngbotten. St\u00e4ll formen svalt med plast \u00f6ver.&nbsp;St\u00e4ll t\u00e5rtan att svalna i minst tv\u00e5 timmar s\u00e5 att gelatinet hinner stelna.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att servera tar du fram t\u00e5rtformen och drar en kniv l\u00e4ngs med insidan av kanten s\u00e5 att den lossnar fr\u00e5n kanten. Ta bort kanten, l\u00e4gg t\u00e5rtan p\u00e5 ett fat och dekorera med riven m\u00f6rk choklad, blommor eller torkade citronskivor.
