L\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6k, schalottenl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra, gurkmeja och chili och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa en stund. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och buljongt\u00e4rningarna. L\u00e4gg i mor\u00f6tterna. Pressa i en halv lime och l\u00e4gg i den urpressade limehalvan att koka med. L\u00e5t koka ett tag s\u00e5 mor\u00f6tterna b\u00f6rjar bli mjuka. Tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4nk\u00e5len, sparrisen och sriracha chilis\u00e5sen samt svartpepparn. L\u00e5t koka ett tag till. Pressa i limejuice och tills\u00e4tt en nypa socker f\u00f6r att balansera smakerna. Tills\u00e4tt bladspenaten, salladsl\u00f6ken och strax innan servering. Smaka av s\u00e5 smakerna \u00e4r fina och balanserade.
