Under tiden l\u00e4gger du upp sillen, \u00e4r det hela fil\u00e9er sk\u00e4r du dem i bitar, l\u00e4gger upp gr\u00e4ddfilen och sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken. Antingen serverar du fr\u00e5n sk\u00e5lar och fat eller som jag gjort direkt p\u00e5 tallrikarna med en klick sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 potatishalvorna, sillen, gr\u00e4ddfilen och l\u00f6ken.
