Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6ret p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r helt mjuk och n\u00e4stan karamelliserad. Den f\u00e5r inte br\u00e4nnas utan bara f\u00e5 fram de fina milda n\u00f6tiga kr\u00e4miga smakerna. G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna en rulle om du vill.<\/p>\n<p>Ta fram k\u00f6ttet i god tid innan du ska steka det s\u00e5 det blir rumstempererat f\u00f6r ett b\u00e4ttre resultat. Krydda k\u00f6ttet med (tryffel)salt och peppar.
