Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stekpanna, l\u00e4gg i endiverna f\u00f6rst med den kupiga sidan ner\u00e5t s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r lite f\u00e4rg och blir n\u00e5got mjuk innan du v\u00e4nder dem och l\u00e5ter dem steka klart med snittytan ner\u00e5t. D\u00e5 blir de vackra och alldeles ljuvligt goda n\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret tillsammans med endiverna karamelliseras och ger en gyllene yta som du kan se p\u00e5 bilden. Den som vill kan ha i en skv\u00e4tt vin, det hade jag h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bilden men tycker faktiskt att det blir b\u00e4ttre utan vin, f\u00f6r en g\u00e5ngs skull(!) &#8211; b\u00e4ttre stekyta och smak. L\u00e5t endiverna steka s\u00e5 de blir helt mjuka och f\u00e5tt fin kn\u00e4ckig f\u00e4rg och yta.
