D\u00e5 blir det extra mustigt och gott. H\u00e4r \u00e4r tv\u00e5 pastasallader &#8211; en p\u00e5 pesto med extra kryddor och en p\u00e5 \u00f6verbliven tomtas\u00e5s med tonfisk och oliver. Lite extra olivolja och kanske balsamvin\u00e4ger och du har en god l\u00e4ttlagad lunch eller brunch alternativt ett utm\u00e4rkt tillbeh\u00f6r till lunch eller middag till grillat, kallskuret eller till exempel r\u00f6kt fisk. Man kan ocks\u00e5 blanda skinka, sallad eller gr\u00f6nsaker och f\u00e5rost direkt i salladen &#8211; det blir perfekt picknickmat.<\/h3>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver till pastasalladen med pesto:<\/h4>\n<p>Pasta efter tycke, smak och tillg\u00e5ng (\u00f6verbliven pasta \u00e4r utm\u00e4rkt)<\/p>\n<p>pesto fr\u00e5n burk eller hemgjord (du hittar recept h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen)<\/p>\n<p>kryddblandning, t.ex. s\u00e5dan f\u00f6r pasta alt. peppar, lite chiliflakes, kanske \u00f6rtsalt, \u00f6rtkryddor\u2026<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>ev. fetaost att smula \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver till pastasalladen med \u00f6verbliven tomats\u00e5s (t.ex. s\u00e5dan med tonfisk som p\u00e5 bilden, med skinka eller puttanescas\u00e5s):<\/h4>\n<p>pasta efter tycke, smak och tillg\u00e5ng (\u00f6verbliven pasta passar ocks\u00e5 bra)<\/p>\n<p>pastas\u00e5s som du har \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>ev. balsamvin\u00e4ger eller f\u00e4rsk citron<\/p>\n<p>peppar, ev. salt, \u00f6rtkryddor &#8211; helst f\u00e4rska<\/p>\n<p>ev. extra tonfisk, skinka och\/eller smulad fetaost<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h4>\n<p>Blanda pastan med s\u00e5sen. Ringla olivolja och droppa balsamvin\u00e4ger \u00f6ver, krydda med de kryddor du valt. L\u00e4gg eventuellt till sallad, gr\u00f6nsaker, hackade tomater eller vad du k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. Blanda runt ordentligt.
