Den har jag g\u00e4rna i pastas\u00e5ser, smaks\u00e4tter grillat och ger h\u00e4r smak \u00e5t ett h\u00e4rligt l\u00e4ttgjort pannbr\u00f6d som snabbt sv\u00e4ngs ihop och gl\u00e4der hela familjen. Vi hittade ett saltat alpsm\u00f6r som var riktigt gott, efter det mer ostsmakande fadda vanliga sm\u00f6ret h\u00e4r nere.<\/h3>\n<p>Det kan l\u00e5ta konstigt att det ska vara varmt vatten n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r de h\u00e4r pannbr\u00f6den, men resultatet blir mycket b\u00e4ttre och degen mer l\u00e4tthanterlig. Jag l\u00e4rde mig det av receptet p\u00e5 de indiska pannbr\u00f6den, chapatis.<\/p>\n<p>Veganerna f\u00e5r bortse fr\u00e5n salsiccian p\u00e5 bilden:)<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>6 dl mj\u00f6l (jag blandade kamutvete och stenmalet vetemj\u00f6l)<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk havssalt<\/p>\n<p>en n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk rosmarin, hackad<\/p>\n<p>1 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>ca 2 1\/2 dl varmt vatten<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2381.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-20507\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2381-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2381\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2381-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2381-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2381.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Blanda mj\u00f6l, salt och rosmarin i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt olivoljan f\u00f6rst och sedan vatten direkt. Ta lite i taget. R\u00f6r ihop till en smidig deg. Det brukar vara b\u00e4st att g\u00f6ra med h\u00e4nderna. N\u00e4r du f\u00e5tt en smidig deg delar du den i \u00e5tta delar. Rulla varje del till en boll som du doppar i mj\u00f6l och plattar ut. Det g\u00f6r inget att det \u00e4r en del mj\u00f6l p\u00e5 utsidan.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm upp en stekpanna eller gjutj\u00e4rnspanna till mellanh\u00f6g temperatur. L\u00e4gg i tre-fyra pannbr\u00f6d i taget och stek p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg och b\u00f6rjar bubbla sig lite. V\u00e4nd och stek klart p\u00e5 andra sidan. De ska vara genomstekta men inte ha blivit f\u00f6r torra.
