Rester slinker l\u00e4tt ner i en mumsig frittata (recept kommer!) eller blir en pastas\u00e5s n\u00e4sta dag. H\u00e4r har jag serverat dem som tillbeh\u00f6r till underbar helgrillad kyckling detta passar lika bra till grillad k\u00f6tt eller fisk.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>4-6 sm\u00e5 zucchinis, tv\u00e4ttade och skurna i skivor\/slantar<\/p>\n<p>3-4 tomater, tv\u00e4ttade och skurna i bitar (jag anv\u00e4nde plommontomater som skars i halvm\u00e5nar)<\/p>\n<p>3-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och skurna i skivor<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k, skalad och skuren i bitar eller strimlor<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 citron, rivet skal fr\u00e5n samt pressad saft<\/p>\n<p>4 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>ev. en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter, t.ex. timjan och rosmarin samt basilika<\/p>\n<p>peppar och salt<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2632.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-20537\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2632-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2632\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2632-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2632-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2632.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Hetta upp olivoljan till medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme, stek l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken s\u00e5 den blir mjuk och glansig men inte brun och besk. Tills\u00e4tt zucchinin och stek ett tag samtidigt som du h\u00f6jer v\u00e4rmen lite. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven tomaterna, krydda med citronskal, \u00f6rter, citronsaft, salt och peppar. Tills\u00e4tt ev. en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin. &nbsp;R\u00f6r runt och stek tills zucchinin precis mjuknat utan att tappa sin sp\u00e4nst.
