Krydda med salt och peppar och ev. chili.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa ihop \u00e4ggen och vattnet med en gaffel. Vispa med ganska stora r\u00f6relser s\u00e5 \u00e4ggen g\u00e5r ihop utan att sl\u00e5s s\u00f6nder, annars f\u00e5r du \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra snarare \u00e4n omelett. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ran i stekpannan och h\u00e4ll \u00e4ggvispet \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsakerna samtidigt som du s\u00e4nker v\u00e4rmen. Lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt med en gaffel eller stekspade omeletten lite varstans och runt kanterna s\u00e5 att \u00e4ggsmeten rinner ner mot bottnen och kan stelna. G\u00f6r detta f\u00f6rsiktigt &#8211; \u00e5ter f\u00f6r att du ska f\u00e5 en omelett och inte \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. N\u00e4r omeletten b\u00f6rjar stelna men fortfarande \u00e4r lite l\u00f6s p\u00e5 ovansidan ser du till att v\u00e4rmen \u00e4r den l\u00e4gsta m\u00f6jliga och l\u00e4gger ett lock \u00f6ver din frittata. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 ett tag s\u00e5 den stelnar utan att br\u00e4nnas i botten.
