Det var m\u00e5ndag och m\u00e5nga restauranger \u00e4r d\u00e5 st\u00e4ngda, dessutom var vi tr\u00f6tta och beh\u00f6vde packa upp efter omflyttningen fr\u00e5n kusten till denna lilla p\u00e4rla till stad. Det blev en pastar\u00e4tt fullsp\u00e4ckad av h\u00e4rliga umamismaker av soltorkade tomater, sardellfil\u00e9er, kapris och underbar l\u00e5nglagrad parmesan. Du m\u00e5ste pr\u00f6va den!<\/h3>\n<p>Resterna \u00e5t vi n\u00e4sta dag som pastasallad med cocktailtomater (pomodorini) och prosciutto &#8211; supergott och fr\u00e4scht!<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2661.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-20558\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2661-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2661\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2661-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2661-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2661.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>ca 15-20 soltorkade tomater som bl\u00f6tlagts i hett vatten och sedan sk\u00f6ljts i kallt vatten, strimlade<\/p>\n<p>4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och skivade<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k eller schalottenl\u00f6k, skalad och strimlad<\/p>\n<p>ca 15 sardellfil\u00e9er i olja (helst olivolja), finhackade<\/p>\n<p>det finrivna skalet fr\u00e5n 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron<\/p>\n<p>saften fr\u00e5n 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron<\/p>\n<p>4 msk kapris, helst den saltinlagda &#8211; bl\u00f6tlagd<\/p>\n<p>nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>rosmarin, helst f\u00e4rsk, hackad<\/p>\n<p>ca 1 1\/2 dl riven parmesan<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning samt att ringla \u00f6ver innan servering<\/p>\n<p>pasta efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak &#8211; jag tog glutenfri fusilli<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2660.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-20560\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2660-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2660\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2660-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2660-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/07\/IMG_2660.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Hetta upp olivoljan till medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Stek l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken s\u00e5 den blir mjuk och glansig men inte br\u00e4nd och bitter. Tills\u00e4tt sardellfil\u00e9erna och citronsaft samt de bl\u00f6tlagda strimlade soltorkade tomaterna. Krydda med rosmarin och peppar samt citronskal. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven kaprisen. R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 allt blir varmt. H\u00e4ll i den nykokta pastan, r\u00f6r runt och tills\u00e4tt den rivna parmesanen. Jag lade parmesanen i en serveringssk\u00e5l och h\u00e4llde pastan i stekpannan med s\u00e5sen, r\u00f6rde runt och h\u00e4llde d\u00e4refter det hela i sk\u00e5len med parmesanen och blandade runt.
