Men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r italienska apelsiner(!) och dessutom gjordes chokladmoussen p\u00e5 m\u00f6rk choklad med havssalt, eftersom det var den enda m\u00f6rka choklad jag kunde finna i aff\u00e4ren. Det blev en v\u00e4ldigt god och uppskattad efterr\u00e4tt som jag snart ska g\u00f6ra om. Har du som jag h\u00e4r i Italien gasspis passar du extra noga, r\u00f6r hela tiden och h\u00e5ller ibland upp kastrullen en bit fr\u00e5n l\u00e5gan s\u00e5 det inte blir f\u00f6r varmt.<\/p>\n<p>Dela \u00e4ggen i vitor och gulor. Vispa vitorna, g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon droppe citronsaft och en knivsudd salt till ett fast skum. Vispa mot slutet i h\u00e4lften av sockret s\u00e5 \u00e4ggvitevispet blir styvt och lite glansigt och d\u00e4rmed h\u00e5ller b\u00e4ttre. Vispa gulorna f\u00f6r sig med andra halvan av sockret.<\/p>\n<p>Ta den sm\u00e4lta chokladen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen, l\u00e5t svalna ett litet tag och r\u00f6r ner&nbsp;i \u00e4ggulevispet.
