De brukar vara mycket uppskattade s\u00e5 g\u00f6r mycket! Det som blir \u00f6ver slinker l\u00e4tt ner i en h\u00e4rlig frittata tillsammans med \u00f6vriga rester n\u00e4stkommande dag. Genom att potatisarna f\u00f6rkokas och penslas med olivolja som d\u00e5 sugs in n\u00e4r potatisarna \u00e4r varma blir de h\u00e4rligt krispiga och goda d\u00e5 de l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 grillen. De g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att steka i stekpanna. Jag tycker om att ta rikligt med rosmarin f\u00f6r den h\u00e4rliga smaken.<\/h3>\n<h4>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/h4>\n<p>potatisar, g\u00e4rna stora, tv\u00e4ttade men inte skalade (de h\u00e5ller ihop b\u00e4ttre d\u00e5, v\u00e4lj g\u00e4rna en fast sort)<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>havssalt<\/p>\n<p>rosmarin, g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk<\/p>\n<p>peppar<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h4>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r potatisarna i halvor s\u00e5 de blir s\u00e5 breda och platta som m\u00f6jligt. Koka halvorna i saltat vatten i 15-20 minuter. De ska precis ha blivit mjuka eller halvmjuka men f\u00e5r inte koka s\u00f6nder. H\u00e4ll av kokvattnet och sk\u00e5ra snittytan p\u00e5 potatisarna i ett rutm\u00f6nster med en kniv. Pensla potatishalvorna med ganska rikligt med olivolja. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver havssalt och rosmarin och peppra. L\u00e5t potatisarna st\u00e5 klara s\u00e5 h\u00e4r tills det \u00e4r dags att grilla dem. Ska du steka dem l\u00e4gger du dem i en stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme med olivolja i. Stek de helt kort p\u00e5 den kupiga sidan och sedan ganska l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 snittytan s\u00e5 de blir knapriga och gyllene men inte br\u00e4nda.
