Vad g\u00e4ller vitl\u00f6ken k\u00f6per jag faktiskt den spanska rosa sorten som jag tycker har en mildare angen\u00e4mare smak. Kryddsm\u00f6ret blir mycket gott och passar utm\u00e4rkt till allt grillat och p\u00e5 gott br\u00f6d.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 6 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>100 gram sm\u00f6r (i Italien k\u00f6per jag saltat Alpenbutter f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en n\u00e5gorlunda smak p\u00e5 sm\u00f6ret &#8211; vi \u00e4r bortsk\u00e4mda i Sverige med gott sm\u00f6r)<\/p>\n<p>2 krm havssalt<\/p>\n<p>nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>det rivna skalet av 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron<\/p>\n<p>2-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och mosade med ett knivblad med en del av saltet<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor; salvia, rosmarin, timjan och ev. lite basilika<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>L\u00e5t sm\u00f6ret ligga framme ett tag s\u00e5 det mjuknar och blir l\u00e4ttare att r\u00f6ra. Blanda ihop allt &#8211; r\u00f6r ordentligt s\u00e5 sm\u00f6ret blir fluffigt och v\u00e4lblandat. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har tillr\u00e4ckligt med salt och kryddorna balanserar fint.
