Du kan beh\u00f6va lite mer vatten &#8211; pr\u00f6va dig fram. Degen ska bli som en vanlig bra sp\u00e4nstig deg &#8211; inte f\u00f6r degig och inte heller f\u00f6r stabbig.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r bollar av degen och platta till dem med h\u00e4nderna. Det \u00e4r ganska bra om de \u00e4r tunna &#8211; jag kommer g\u00f6ra tunnare n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng \u00e4n de du ser h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bilderna. Blanda rosmarin och salt och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat d\u00e4r du doppar br\u00f6den innan de l\u00e4ggs i stekpannan som du hettat upp till medelv\u00e4rme. Inget fett ska det vara i stekpannan. Stek br\u00f6den p\u00e5 ena sidan f\u00f6rst tills de b\u00f6rjar bubbla sig och f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta sidan utan att br\u00e4nnas. V\u00e4nd och stek klart p\u00e5 andra sidan.
