Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gget som du vispat upp. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter vattnet f\u00f6rsiktigt &#8211; kanske beh\u00f6ver du inte anv\u00e4nda allt. Degen ska bli smidig och inte f\u00f6r h\u00e5rd men heller inte kladdig. Tryck ut degen i pajformen och st\u00e4ll den kallt i kylen i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden g\u00f6r du i ordning smuldegen: k\u00f6r havregryn och mandelmj\u00f6l tillsammans med sockret, vanilj och kardemummai matberedaren s\u00e5 havregrynen smulas s\u00f6nder lite. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret skuret i bitar och k\u00f6r ett tag till tills du f\u00e5tt en bra smuldegskonsistens. Ta ut pajskalet och l\u00e5t det svalna en aning. Pudra potatismj\u00f6l i botten, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren utan saften (den kan du dricka upp &#8211; gott och nyttigt!). Pudra mer potatismj\u00f6l \u00f6ver &#8211; om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rska bl\u00e5b\u00e4r r\u00e4cker det med en ganska liten m\u00e4ngd potatismj\u00f6l medan det g\u00e5r \u00e5t mer till de frysta som \u00e4r mer v\u00e4tskeartade. Pudra \u00e4ven florsocker \u00f6ver och riv \u00f6ver citron- eller limeskal.<\/p>\n<p>Smula smuldegen \u00f6ver bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren i ett j\u00e4mnt lager.
