Den f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddas och fylls d\u00e4refter med den fyllning du vill om du vill g\u00f6ra en varm paj. Annars kan du gr\u00e4dda den helt klar och fylla med vaniljkr\u00e4m och f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r.<\/h3>\n<p>Durra \u00e4r ett s\u00e4deslag som \u00e4r vanligt i Afrika och Asien. Det anv\u00e4nds \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra glutenfritt \u00f6l bland annat. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret skuret i bitar. Nyp ihop med fingrarna eller k\u00f6r i matberedare s\u00e5 att det blir en j\u00e4mnt smulig massa. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gget som du vispat upp, och tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter det kalla vattnet, men lite i taget &#8211; du kanske inte beh\u00f6ver hela m\u00e4ngden.
