Tyv\u00e4rr har jag sedan dess blivit superallergisk mot hasseln\u00f6tter, och har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r h\u00e4r utvecklat ett recept utan hasseln\u00f6tter, men med lite mandelmj\u00f6l. Den h\u00e4r smuldegen blir v\u00e4ldigt bra i konsistensen och smakar mycket gott. Tills\u00e4tt vanilj, kardemumma och kallt sm\u00f6r skuret i bitar. K\u00f6r matberedaren tills degen blandats. Den ska n\u00e4stan ha g\u00e5tt ihop och ha en tendens att smula sig. Smula den \u00f6ver din paj. Servera varm, ljummen eller kall &#8211; g\u00e4rna med vaniljs\u00e5s, vaniljglass eller vispad gr\u00e4dde. Gr\u00e4dden brukar jag l\u00f6svispa och smaks\u00e4tta med vanilj eller konjak.
