Sk\u00e4r tomaterna i strimlor. Hacka l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp oljan till medell\u00e5g temperatur i en stekpanna, stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k glansig och mjuk utan att den tar f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg i den frysta bladspenaten. V\u00e4rm tills spenaten tinat &#8211; det brukar g\u00e5 l\u00e4ttare med ett lock p\u00e5, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa f\u00f6rsiktigt ihop \u00e4ggen &#8211; de ska inte blir \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra, utan ska fortfarande ha en viskositet i sig. Tills\u00e4tt det avsvalnade gr\u00f6nsaksfr\u00e4set samt riven parmesan. H\u00e4ll smeten i den smorda muffinspl\u00e5ten. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 175 grader ca 15 minuter. De p\u00f6ser upp lite under gr\u00e4ddningen och ska bli genomstekta och gyllenbruna utan att bli br\u00e4nda.
