N\u00e4r lagen b\u00f6rjar koka l\u00e5ter du den sm\u00e5bubbla i n\u00e5gra minuter. Om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rska passionsfrukter gr\u00f6per du ur dem och h\u00e4ller dem i sockerlagsblandningen och l\u00e5ter det hela bubbla tillsammans n\u00e5gra minuter tills det blir lite simmigt. Ta av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna. Har du br\u00e5ttom st\u00e4ller du kastrullen i kallt vattenbad.<\/p>\n<p>Om du anv\u00e4nder fryst passionsfrukt utan k\u00e4rnor blandar du den med den f\u00e4rdigkokta kalla sockerlagen. \u00c4r din frysta <em>pulp&nbsp;<\/em>fortfarande lite fryst kan du l\u00e4gga den i den nykokta sockerlagen och r\u00f6ra tills den sm\u00e4lt innan du st\u00e4ller det hela p\u00e5 kylning.&nbsp;Du kan f\u00f6rbereda hit och l\u00e5ta blandningen st\u00e5 i kylen tills det \u00e4r dags att h\u00e4lla den i glassmaskinen. Sorbeten fryser p\u00e5 ca 30-40 minuter &#8211; det m\u00e4rks p\u00e5 att den blir en hel massa som \u00e5ker runt. Servera direkt, g\u00e4rna i sk\u00e5lar som du kylt ned s\u00e5 att sorbeten inte sm\u00e4lter direkt. Eller l\u00e4gg sorbeten i en bunke med t\u00e4ttslutande lock som du st\u00e4ller in i frysen och har att ta av.
