Jag g\u00f6r den g\u00e4rna gr\u00f6n i dubbel bem\u00e4rkelse n\u00e4r jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker anv\u00e4nda s\u00e5 mycket ekologiska r\u00e5varor som m\u00f6jligt. I den h\u00e4r var det ekologiska: &nbsp;citron, avokado, banan och juicer p\u00e5 \u00e4pple respektive apelsin. D\u00e4rtill kom en v\u00e4ldigt god mogen mango, de fr\u00e5n Pakistan verkar vara i s\u00e4song nu och \u00e4r ofta mycket goda och inte s\u00e5 tr\u00e5diga. Dela dem i bitar och l\u00e4gg allt i mixern tillsammans med citron, \u00e4ppel- och apelsinjuice. Mixa tills det blivit en sl\u00e4t fin smoothie (som namnet antyder:) H\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 glas och servera direkt eller l\u00e5t st\u00e5 ett litet tag i kylen f\u00f6rst.
