Den som vill har \u00e4ven i lite finrivet citronskal. Servera din citronsorbet som den \u00e4r, med vodka eller med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2 1\/2 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>2 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>2 dl citronjuice fr\u00e5n s\u00e5 s\u00f6ta mogna citroner som m\u00f6jligt, jag tar ekologiska citroner<\/p>\n<p>ev. det finrivna skalet av 1 tv\u00e4ttad citron &#8211; bara det gula, inte det vita p\u00e5 skalet<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>H\u00e4ll socker och vatten i en tjockbottnad kastrull. L\u00e5t koka upp p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Har du valt att ha skalen med i din sorbet \u00e4r det godast att l\u00e4gga med dem i sockerlagen s\u00e5 de n\u00e4stan blir kanderade. L\u00e5t sockerlagen koka ihop en aning s\u00e5 den blir simmig. St\u00e4ll den att svalna. R\u00f6r om ordentligt och smaka av. Beroende p\u00e5 citronerna beh\u00f6ver du kanske mer sockerlag eller mer citronjuice f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en fin balans. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det s\u00f6ta mildras och det syrliga framtr\u00e4der mer n\u00e4r sorbeten fryses och blir kall. H\u00e4ll i glassmaskin och frys tills du har en fast fin sorbet.
