Om du inte har en hush\u00e5llsassistent \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att r\u00f6ra lingonen med sockret med en tr\u00e4sked i en bunke tills lingonen verkar ha absorberat och blandat sig med sockret.<\/p>\n<p>Koka sockerlagen i tjockbottnad kastrull tills sockret sm\u00e4lter och den b\u00f6rjar bli lite simmig. St\u00e4ll den att svalna &#8211; har du br\u00e5ttom st\u00e4ller du den i ett kallt vattenbad.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon med sockerlag. Det \u00e4r viktigt att den mixas ordentligt s\u00e5 att den blir s\u00e5 sl\u00e4t som m\u00f6jligt eftersom jag v\u00e4ljer att inte sila den f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 s\u00e5 mycket av den r\u00e5r\u00f6rda smaken som m\u00f6jligt. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer s\u00f6tma. Den frysta sorbeten kommer upplevas mindre s\u00f6t d\u00e5 syran framtr\u00e4der d\u00e5 den kallnar. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven s\u00e5 att sockret hj\u00e4lper till att g\u00f6ra en glass eller sorbet kr\u00e4mig, s\u00e5 man kan inte dra ner p\u00e5 sockret utan att den riskerar att bli iskristallig. Den som vill kan sila lingonblandningen, men t\u00e4nk d\u00e5 p\u00e5 att den silade blandningen kan framst\u00e5 som s\u00f6tare \u00e4n den med skaldelar. H\u00e4ll lingonblandningen i glassmaskinen och frys tills du har en fin j\u00e4mnt fryst sorbet.
