L\u00e4gg i \u00e4ppelbitarna. Packa dem s\u00e5 t\u00e4tt det g\u00e5r, eftersom de sjunker ihop under gr\u00e4ddningen medan mar\u00e4ngen stannar kvar i \u00f6verkant av formen.<\/p>\n<p>Om du inte har sm\u00e5 portionsformar och inte heller vill g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r desserten i pajform utan fortfarande i portioner kan du helt enkelt skala \u00e4pplena, k\u00e4rna ur i mitten med en urk\u00e4rnare och sedan dela \u00e4pplet tv\u00e4rs av p\u00e5 mitten, l\u00e4gga de tv\u00e5 halvorna med den breda sidan upp och klicka samt forma smeten \u00f6ver halvorna. Det kan d\u00e5 vara bra att f\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda halvorna med en aning citronsaft och kanske lite kanel s\u00e5 att de \u00e4r ganska mjuka och mar\u00e4ngen sedan bara beh\u00f6ver ta f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Mixa mandeln med den f\u00f6rsta m\u00e4ngden socker till ett ganska grovt mandelpulver med en del mandelbitar kvar.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna tillsammans med n\u00e5gra droppar citron och den mindre m\u00e4ngden socker till ett h\u00e5rt skum. Det tar ett tag s\u00e5 ha t\u00e5lamod:) N\u00e4r \u00e4ggvitan \u00e4r tjock och formar styva toppar v\u00e4nder du f\u00f6rsiktigt ner mandelsockret med en slickepott. L\u00e4gg mar\u00e4ngsmeten ovanp\u00e5 \u00e4pplena i formarna. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen och l\u00e5t baka p\u00e5 75 &#8211; 100 grader i \u00e5tminstone 30 minuter.
