Den f\u00f6rsvinner och kvar blir den goda smaken i kakorna.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>2 dl vetemj\u00f6l (= 120 gram)<\/p>\n<p>2 dl str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk malen kanel<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk hjorthornssalt<\/p>\n<p>75 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla torra ingredienser, l\u00e4gg i sm\u00f6ret skuret i bitar. Arbeta ihop till en deg i matberedare. Om du ska arbeta samman degen f\u00f6r hand b\u00f6rjar du med att r\u00f6ra sm\u00f6r och socker fluffigt med en elvisp innan du blandar i resten med h\u00e4nderna.<\/p>\n<p>Forma sm\u00e5 kulor och l\u00e4gg dem med avst\u00e5nd till varandra p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. H\u00e4r s\u00e4gs det r\u00e4cka med att l\u00e4gga kulorna p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten men i min erfarenhet \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att \u00e4ven platta till dem n\u00e5got. Mina som du ser p\u00e5 bilden smakade bra men beh\u00f6ll sin rundare form.
