Jag kokar upp vattnet under lock f\u00f6r att spara energi men l\u00e4gger sedan nogsamt undan locket, annars blir de inte lika gr\u00f6na och fr\u00e4scha utan drar mer \u00e5t det bruna h\u00e5llet. L\u00e4rde mig detta lilla hush\u00e5llsknep av en matkunnig fransyska en g\u00e5ng. Vet inte hur, men det fungerar \u2013 b\u00e5de p\u00e5 b\u00f6nor och broccoli!<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp rikligt med vatten. Under tiden som det kokar upp sk\u00e4r du av \u00e4ndarna p\u00e5 b\u00f6norna. Koka dem i ca 10-20 minuter beroende p\u00e5 tjocklek och din smak. Smaka av och se att de \u00e4r lagom al dente eller genomkokta i enlighet med vad du gillar. Sj\u00e4lv gillar jag n\u00e4r de inte \u00e4r \u00f6verkokta, men heller inte f\u00f6r okokta och krispiga. Tycker de l\u00e4tt blir kartiga i smaken d\u00e5. L\u00e5t b\u00f6norna rinna av i ett durkslag och l\u00e4gg snabbt tillbaka dem i kastrullen eller p\u00e5 uppl\u00e4ggningsfat eller \u2013sk\u00e5l, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en klick sm\u00f6r och r\u00f6r runt.
