Det blir&nbsp;en riktigt festlig och god r\u00e4tt som dessutom \u00e4r otroligt snabblagad. Perfekt n\u00e4r svamparna \u00e4r i s\u00e4song.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>200-300 gram r\u00f6kt lax, skuren i strimlor<\/p>\n<p>200-400 gram rensad svamp, skuren i bitar om den \u00e4r st\u00f6rre (vi hade gul trumpetsvamp men \u00e4ven trattkantareller, vanliga kantareller, taggsvamp, &nbsp;champinjoner eller annat kan fungera)<\/p>\n<p>2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och finhackade eller strimlade<\/p>\n<p>en klick sm\u00f6r till stekning<\/p>\n<p>ev. en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>olivolja att ringla \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>k\u00f6rvel eller annan \u00f6rtkrydda<\/p>\n<p>salt om beh\u00f6vs &#8211; t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att b\u00e5de laxen och parmesanen ger s\u00e4lta<\/p>\n<p>parmesan, hyvlad eller grovriven<\/p>\n<p>pasta efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak &#8211; jag tror att linguine skulle passa utm\u00e4rkt<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Koka pastan enligt anvisningarna men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att den ska vara al dente, med en liten k\u00e4rna kvar f\u00f6r tuggmotst\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s schalottenl\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6ret p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk och glansig l\u00e4gger du i svampen och h\u00f6jer v\u00e4rmen n\u00e5got s\u00e5 den fr\u00e4ses p\u00e5. Krydda med peppar och \u00f6rtkrydda. H\u00e4ll ev. p\u00e5 en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin och koka ihop helt snabbt. Blanda svampfr\u00e4set med den nykokta pastan och laxstrimlorna. Hyvla parmesan \u00f6ver. Ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver och peppra.
