Tanken var att komma p\u00e5 n\u00e5got praktiskt och nyttigt n\u00e4r man inte gillar frukost men \u00e4nd\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5got. Jag vill ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u00e4ta nyttigare s\u00e5 h\u00e4r efter min br\u00f6stcanceroperation. S\u00e5v\u00e4l bl\u00e5b\u00e4r som havre och chiafr\u00f6n \u00e4r saker som \u00e4r bra mot cancer och nyttigt p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga vis. Smaks\u00e4ttarna \u00e4kta vanilj, kanel och kardemumma \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 nyttiga &#8211; och goda. Och kokosolja s\u00e4gs vara hur nyttigt som helst, bland annat f\u00f6r magen. Hoppas du blir lika f\u00f6rtjust i den h\u00e4r gr\u00f6ten som jag. Till och med den annars skeptiska maken tycker den \u00e4r riktigt god:)<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 1 person:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>1 dl havregryn<\/p>\n<p>2 msk chiafr\u00f6n (finns att k\u00f6pa i m\u00e5nga aff\u00e4rer numera, annars p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsokost)<\/p>\n<p>2 1\/2 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>1 dl bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, frysta<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsk vaniljfr\u00f6n (finns p\u00e5 burk) eller en bit vaniljst\u00e5ng, ituklippt<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsk mald kardemumma<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsk mald kanel<\/p>\n<p>1 msk kokosolja (superdupernyttigt och ger lite kr\u00e4mighet till gr\u00f6ten)<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienserna utom bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren i en tjockbottnad kastrull. R\u00f6r om och s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmen. N\u00e4r gr\u00f6ten b\u00f6rjar koka h\u00e4ller du i bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren och l\u00e5ter de koka med medan du r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Det tar bara ca 5 minuter f\u00f6r gr\u00f6ten att bli tjock och fin i konsistenten.
