De klarar sig b\u00e4ttre n\u00e4r man steker sparrisen, och dessutom blir smaken lite mer koncentrerad och konsistensen riktigt fin.<\/p>\n<p>Skala sparrisen med en potatisskalare. Stek sparrisen p\u00e5 mellanh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och skaka runt dem d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 inte blir br\u00e4nda. N\u00e4r de verkar har blivit lagom mjuka men inte f\u00f6r sladdriga \u00e4r de f\u00e4rdiga. L\u00e4gg upp dem p\u00e5 ett serveringsfat.
