Men det \u00e4r n\u00e5got just med chokladen och sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men som blir lyckat. Den h\u00e4r \u00e4r dessuotm glutenfri och det kan ju vara s\u00e4rskilt bra. Den passar bra att ha i kylen eller till och med frysen i skivor att plocka fram n\u00e4r man f\u00e5r ov\u00e4ntat bes\u00f6k &#8211; men d\u00e5 helst med en kopp god espresso:)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag gjorde dubbel sats men det var mindre lyckat eftersom botten d\u00e5 blev lite v\u00e4l tjock och d\u00e4rmed sv\u00e5rrullad. Du f\u00e5r h\u00e4r receptet till en normal sats f\u00f6r en normalstor ugnspl\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 dl potatismj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>2-3 msk kakao<\/p>\n<p>1 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>3 stora eller 4 sm\u00e5 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p><em>Till fyllningen:&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>150 gram rumstempererat sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>2 dl florsocker<\/p>\n<p>2 msk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4ggula<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4gg och socker fluffigt med elvisp. Bred ut smeten p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t eller l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i 250 grader i ca 5-10 minuter &#8211; passa s\u00e5 det inte br\u00e4nns!<\/p>\n<p>Stj\u00e4lp upp rullt\u00e5rtsanslaget, dra av pappret.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa sm\u00f6r, vaniljsocker och socker tills det \u00e4r vitt och fluffigt. R\u00f6r i \u00e4ggulan. R\u00f6r tills j\u00e4mn fluffig smet. Bred fyllningen p\u00e5 rullt\u00e5rtan och rulla ihop den. Rulla hela t\u00e5rtan i socker med vaniljfr\u00f6n om du vill.
