Men \u00e4ven om man tycker de \u00e4r lite trista fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan blir det himla gott att g\u00f6ra de h\u00e4r kn\u00e4ckemackorna som f\u00e5r extra sting av f\u00e4rsk chili eller n\u00e5gon stark chilis\u00e5s som shiratchas\u00e5s och pressad citron. De h\u00e4r har jag \u00e4tit en hel del av under min konvalescens n\u00e4r jag inte kunnat laga mat men v\u00e4l blivit s\u00e5 bra att jag kan f\u00e5 ihop de h\u00e4r sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sarna. Jag brukar ta en kopp gr\u00f6nt te f\u00f6r extra nyttighet:)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r en person:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-3 skivor kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d av din favoritsort (jag tar helst R\u00e5gi fr\u00e5n Wasa)<\/p>\n<p>bregott<\/p>\n<p>1 burk makrill i tomats\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk chili, tv\u00e4ttad och skivad<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna gurkmeja<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>pressad citron<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bred kn\u00e4ckesm\u00f6rg\u00e5sarna. Str\u00f6 gurkmeja \u00f6ver sm\u00f6ret &#8211; det \u00e4r mycket nyttigt och bra mot inflammation och cancer(!). L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 makrill i tomats\u00e5s direkt fr\u00e5n konservburken. J\u00e4mna till. Str\u00f6 hackad chili eller stark chilis\u00e5s \u00f6ver. Avslutningsvis pressar du citron \u00f6ver.
