Men jag befinner mig l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n Nobelfirande och Stockholm. De som f\u00f6ljer mig p\u00e5 min andra blogg vet att jag denna vecka befinner mig i sydspanien hos min k\u00e4ra moster f\u00f6r att vila upp mig, bli ompysslad, g\u00e5 st\u00e4rkande promenader och lapa solenergi. Det funkar. Dessutom lagar moster s\u00e4llsynt nyttig anti-cancermat \u00e5t oss. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eller vad s\u00e4gs om middag p\u00e5 ugnsrostade s\u00f6tpotatisar smaksatta med egenodlad chili fr\u00e5n terrassen och ekologiskt citronskal. Till det underbar ekologisk sp\u00e4d broccoli d\u00e4r vi \u00e4ter \u00e4ven blad och stj\u00e4lkar samt sp\u00e4da ekologiska mor\u00f6tter fulla av h\u00e4rlig smak. Resterna gjorde vi sedan en kr\u00e4mig god frittata p\u00e5 och serverade med en sallad p\u00e5 h\u00e4rligt pepprig ruccola tillsammans med r\u00e5riven svart <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/12\/1544305_10152650388485857_4539945217372043830_n.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-21158\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/12\/1544305_10152650388485857_4539945217372043830_n-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"1544305_10152650388485857_4539945217372043830_n\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/12\/1544305_10152650388485857_4539945217372043830_n-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/12\/1544305_10152650388485857_4539945217372043830_n-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2014\/12\/1544305_10152650388485857_4539945217372043830_n.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>r\u00e4ttika och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k i en dijonsmakande vinaigrette. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vi har \u00e4ven \u00e4tit ljuvlig mangold, f\u00f6rv\u00e4lld och serverad med pressad citron och olivolja, serverat tillsammans med resterna av frittatan. Och ig\u00e5r blev det lunch i Marbella p\u00e5 en liten enkel restaurang som antagligen serverar den b\u00e4sta fisken i trakten. Restaurangen ligger precis ovanf\u00f6r hamnen d\u00e4r fiskeb\u00e5tarna kommer in och har bara dagens f\u00e5ngst p\u00e5 menyn. De hade inte ens kaffe n\u00e4r vi ville ha det efter v\u00e5r lunch p\u00e5 grillade paprikor, utfl\u00e4kt hel fisk tillagad med olivolja och vitl\u00f6k som man ofta g\u00f6r i det h\u00e4r landet. Saftig och mycket god blev fisken som heter mero och kommer fr\u00e5n Atlanten. Jag \u00e4r riktigt avundsjuk p\u00e5 utbudet och \u00f6nskar att vi hade s\u00e5dan tillg\u00e5ng \u00e5ret om hos oss. Vi har bland annat festat p\u00e5 juliga otroligt mumsiga mandariner som \u00e4r s\u00e5 s\u00f6ta och goda. Ig\u00e5r kv\u00e4ll anv\u00e4nde &nbsp;vi butternut-pumpan till en kr\u00e4mig risotto som hon \u00e4r s\u00e4rdeles svag f\u00f6r. Till den tog vi f\u00e4rska bondb\u00f6nor. I morgon t\u00e4nkte vi \u00e4ta kron\u00e4rtskockor, potatissallad och salladen p\u00e5 r\u00e4ttikor och ruccola igen eftersom den var s\u00e5 god och dessutom \u00e4r nyttig. P\u00e5 torsdag blir det bacalao p\u00e5 \u00e4ktspanskt vis med tomats\u00e5s, vitl\u00f6k och olivolja. Till den rostad blomk\u00e5l och kanske bondb\u00f6nor igen. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Som ni ser \u00e4ter vi mestadels vegetariskt med inslag av en del fisk. Det \u00e4r verkligen mat som \u00e4r nyttig f\u00f6r hela kroppen och \u00e4ven mot cancer. Den basen kan sedan varieras uppfr\u00e4st med indiska kryddor (gurkmeja, vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra, chili, bockhornskl\u00f6ver), i sallad eller i grytor. Ett gott r\u00e5ris, g\u00e4rna r\u00f6tt eller svart, \u00e4r bra att \u00e4ta med linser eftersom de tv\u00e5 lyfter fram varandras nyttigheter p\u00e5 ett magiskt vis som alla indier vet. Eller en gr\u00f6nsaksurry med mor\u00f6tter.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e5 fredag kommer vi festa till p\u00e5 bovetecr\u00eapes med ch\u00e8vre och f\u00e4rska valn\u00f6tter serverade med en fr\u00e4sch sallad p\u00e5 ruccola och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k.
