Basilika, herbes de Provence<\/p>\n<p>Peppar<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4rna lite vitt vin (\u00bd dl) eller citronsaft fr\u00e5n \u00bd-1 citron<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra oliver \u2013 gr\u00f6na eller svarta<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 riset enligt anvisning p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. Det brukar vara lagom med lite knappt dubbelt s\u00e5 mycket vatten som ris, koktid ca 20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s den finhackade vitl\u00f6ken p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i olivoljan s\u00e5 den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 det vita vinet eller citronsaften. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen. Om du anv\u00e4nder vin \u00e4r det bra att l\u00e5ta det puttra ihop lite s\u00e5 det reduceras och blir lite fylligare i smaken. \u00c4ven om du anv\u00e4nder vin \u00e4r det gott att l\u00e4gga i en v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttad halv citron att puttra med i s\u00e5sen. H\u00e4ll i de passerade tomaterna och ha i tomatpur\u00e9n, \u00f6rtkryddorna samt lite peppar. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven den avrunna tonfisken fr\u00e5n burken. L\u00e4gg i oliverna \u2013 de kan l\u00e4ggas i med k\u00e4rnor, men jag brukar k\u00e4rna ur dem genom att trycka ett brett knivblad mot dem s\u00e5 de spricker och sedan dra is\u00e4r dem i tv\u00e5 halvor medan jag plockar bort och sl\u00e4nger k\u00e4rnan.
