Kolla att konsistensen \u00e4r bra. Smeten ska vara ungef\u00e4r som pannkakssmet. L\u00e5t g\u00e4rna smeten st\u00e5 en halv timme innan du b\u00f6rjar steka.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp en stekpanna, h\u00e4ll i olja och stek den f\u00f6rsta cr\u00eapsen. Stek cr\u00eapesen p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna, trava dem p\u00e5 ett fat. Ta dem sedan en och en och l\u00e4gg ch\u00e8vre och hackade valn\u00f6tter i mitten, peppra och vik eller rulla ihop dem. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett ugnsfast fat och gratinera i ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader i ca 10 minuter. Den som vill ringlar lite honung \u00f6ver.
