Det \u00e4r otroligt praktiskt n\u00e4r man vill ha en h\u00e4rliga smaken av passionsfrukt men slippa allt jobb med att passera bort de knastriga k\u00e4rnorna. Kolan blir ljuvligt seg med fin syra genom den tropiska passonsfrukten &#8211; den gick verkligen hem i familjen.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>400 gram socker<\/p>\n<p>200 gram passionsfruktspur\u00e9 utan k\u00e4rnor<\/p>\n<p>200 gram gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>40 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>60 gram glukos<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll alla ingredienser i en tjockbottnad kastrull, r\u00f6r om och s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. V\u00e4rm upp och passa, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och sjuda tills kolan blir seg och simmig med stora bubblor. Den b\u00f6rjar med \u00f6verraskande gul f\u00e4rg och \u00f6verg\u00e5r allt eftersom till traditionell kolaf\u00e4rg. Ta kulprov eller kolla med termometer &#8211; den \u00e4r klar vid 127 grader eller d\u00e5 du kan forma en kula av smeten efter att ha kylt den i kallt vatten i ett glas.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i en form som du kl\u00e4tt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller sm\u00f6rpapper. L\u00e5t massan stelna i n\u00e5gra timmar, sk\u00e4r upp och rulla in i sm\u00f6rpapper eller cellofan.
