G\u00f6r en stor sats och frys in i olika p\u00e5sar s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det riktigt fort att laga till en sp\u00e4nnande fantastiskt god r\u00e4tt vid andra tillf\u00e4llen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Det traditionella s\u00e4ttet att tillaga den h\u00e4r curryblandningen \u00e4r genom att anv\u00e4nda en stor mortel. I brist p\u00e5 en s\u00e5dan kan man anv\u00e4nda dels en kaffekvarn f\u00f6r de torra kryddorna och sedan en matberedare eller mixer. Fast resultatet blir s\u00e4kert \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre i en riktigt stor stenmortel. Om du anv\u00e4nder torkad lemongrass och makrutskal kan du l\u00e4gga det i vattnet med chilin f\u00f6r att mjukas upp ocks\u00e5. H\u00e4ll av vattnet och spara en del. H\u00e4ll alla ingredienser i en mixer och k\u00f6r p\u00e5 h\u00f6gt varv tills det blir en fin pasta. Tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna lite av chilivattnet om pastan blir f\u00f6r fast, men se upp s\u00e5 den inte heller blir f\u00f6r soppig och l\u00f6s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Anv\u00e4nd n\u00e5gra msk av currypastan i den curry du ska laga.
