En vitk\u00e5lssallad t\u00e4nkte vi. Jag tycker vitk\u00e5len g\u00f6r sig b\u00e4st riktigt tunt strimlad, helst i mandolin. Vi blandade den med likaledes finstrimlad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, ruccola, riven ingef\u00e4ra, salt, citron och olivolja. Det blev en ny favoritsallad!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 vitk\u00e5lshuvud, finstrimlad &#8211; helst med mandolin<\/p>\n<p>2 sm\u00e5 eller 1 stor gul l\u00f6k, skalad och finstrimlad<\/p>\n<p>2-3 cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och finriven<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsk salt (eller mer &#8211; hj\u00e4lper till att mjuka upp vitk\u00e5len och ger fin smak)<\/p>\n<p>saften av en citron<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda den strimlade vitk\u00e5len och r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 salt och citronsaft. R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 allt blandas. Tills\u00e4tt den rivna ingef\u00e4ran och olivolja och sist ruccolan och r\u00f6r runt igen. Servera.
