Jag hade k\u00f6pt p\u00e5 mig massa p\u00e4ron och funderade p\u00e5 hur jag kunde anv\u00e4nda dem p\u00e5 nya kreativa s\u00e4tt och i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra min medelhavspaj t\u00e4nkte jag testa n\u00e5got nytt. P\u00e4ron och ch\u00e8vre passar ju bra ihop och karamelliserad l\u00f6k verkade vara ett l\u00e4mpligt komplement. Det blev riktigt lyckat. Om man g\u00f6r den i tunnare form med lite mer honung, n\u00e4stan som flarn funkar den \u00e4ven som efterr\u00e4tt, d\u00e5 med en s\u00f6t pajdeg. Men h\u00e4r \u00e4r det matpajen, dessutom i glutenfri variant. Blanda alla ingredienser utom vatten i en matberedare och k\u00f6r runt tills du har en j\u00e4mn smulig massa. Tills\u00e4tt vattnet droppvis samtidigt som maskinen k\u00f6r runt. N\u00e4r degen precis g\u00e5tt ihop \u00e4r det klart. Tryck ut degen i en pajform, st\u00e4ll svalt tills det \u00e4r dags att gr\u00e4dda den.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajdegen i 15 minuter i 175-200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Stek den skivade l\u00f6ken i en blandning av sm\u00f6r och olivolja \u00f6ver <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/01\/IMG_9224.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-21411\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/01\/IMG_9224-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9224\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/01\/IMG_9224-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/01\/IMG_9224-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/01\/IMG_9224-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r helt mjuk och glansig och blivit mild och fin i smaken. Krydda med salt, peppar och herbes de Provence. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vin\u00e4gern och honungen och \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmen n\u00e5got. R\u00f6r runt hela tiden medan l\u00f6ken blir l\u00e4tt karamelliserad. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan till det \u00e4r dags att fylla pajformen. L\u00e4gg d\u00e5 l\u00f6ken f\u00f6rst i pajformen.<\/p>\n<p>Stek p\u00e4ronskivorna i sm\u00f6r eller en blandning av sm\u00f6r och olivolja &#8211; g\u00e4rna i fettet d\u00e4r du stekt l\u00f6ken. Ju h\u00e5rdare omognare p\u00e4ron du har desto mer viktigt \u00e4r det att du steker dem. Om de \u00e4r mycket mogna hoppar du \u00f6ver det h\u00e4r momentet. Ringla eventuellt lite honung \u00f6ver p\u00e4ronskivorna och droppa citron \u00f6ver dem.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangera p\u00e4ronen i en vacker ring i formen men spara g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra skivor att dekorera med emellan ch\u00e8vren (Det gl\u00f6mde jag g\u00f6ra men tror det blir vackrare och ger p\u00e4ronen chans att griljeras lite i ugnen). Smula \u00f6ver ch\u00e8vren eller l\u00e4gg sm\u00e5 skivor \u00f6ver p\u00e4ronen. Vispa upp \u00e4ggen och blanda med mj\u00f6lk och gr\u00e4dde. H\u00e4ll blandningen \u00f6ver fyllningen s\u00e5 att den n\u00e5r upp precis till ch\u00e8vren.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll pajen i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175 grader.
