Majsmj\u00f6l \u00e4r jag inte s\u00e5 f\u00f6rtjust i, eftersom det s\u00e4gs vara mindre nyttigt. Det h\u00e4r blir verkligen en lyckad pajdeg f\u00f6r dina salta pajer.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 bilden har jag fyllt pajskalet med p\u00e4ron, ch\u00e8vre och karamelliserad l\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>Durra \u00e4r ett s\u00e4deslag som \u00e4r vanligt i Afrika och Asien. Det anv\u00e4nds \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra glutenfritt \u00f6l bland annat. Tills\u00e4tt vattnet droppvis samtidigt som maskinen k\u00f6r runt. N\u00e4r degen precis g\u00e5tt ihop \u00e4r det klart. Tryck ut degen i en pajform, st\u00e4ll svalt tills det \u00e4r dags att gr\u00e4dda den.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajdegen i 15 minuter i 175-200 grader.
